When my body is under physical stress, my state of mind magically clears.
This is not clean masochism – I don’t like being hit or beat by someone else, HOWEVER, I do like stressing my physical body as much as possible.
Maybe when my body is preoccupied with staying functional, that somehow cures the otherwise ever-present chemical imbalance in my head.
I become less volatile. I become more focused. I become better.
